Your date is reserved once you have signed your contract and paid a non-refundable 30% retainer. The remaining balance is due on the wedding day, before services begin. We accept Zelle, credit/debit cards and cash.

A bridal trial is optional but highly recommended. It is a relaxed session of about 2 hours where we get to know your style, test looks with your outfit and jewelry in mind, and make sure you feel completely confident before the big day. We suggest scheduling it about 4–8 weeks before your wedding. Trials take place at our Hayward studio.

Yes! We are based in Hayward and happily travel to homes, hotels and venues across the Bay Area and California. Travel is free within 15 miles of our Hayward studio; beyond that, there is a travel fee of $1 per mile (round trip). For destination or out-of-area events, please contact us for a custom quote.

Yes, hair styling is available as an add-on, so you can complete your look in one appointment. We offer soft curls, buns, braids and bridal hairstyles, done by Meena or a trusted stylist from our team, and hair styling is priced as part of your personalized quote.

Yes! Airbrush makeup is available on request for an additional charge, which we include in your quote. Whichever technique we use, the focus is always on a flawless, long-wearing finish that looks beautiful in person and on camera.

Lashes are the finishing touch for so many looks. They are included with all bridal makeup, and can be added to any other service for $15.

For on-location wedding bookings on Saturdays, we require a minimum of 3 services. There is no minimum for appointments at our Hayward studio. If your group is small, just reach out and we will find an option that works for you.

It depends on your timeline and the looks you have in mind. As a guide, Meena can take care of up to 8 people in one day on her own, and larger parties are welcome with the help of our assistant artists. Share your ready-by time and head count when you enquire and we will plan a schedule that keeps everyone calm and on time.

Bridal makeup usually takes about 90–120 minutes (about 2.5 hours including hair), and each additional person takes about 45–60 minutes. Hair styling adds roughly 30–45 minutes per person. We always build a little extra time into the schedule so the morning feels relaxed, not rushed.

Yes. Meena personally does the makeup for every bride, and for larger groups she brings along trusted assistant artists she has trained herself, so everyone in your party gets the same care and attention to detail while your schedule stays on track.

We use professional-grade, long-wearing products chosen to suit a wide range of skin types and tones, and we always practice careful hygiene with our kit. Some of the brands we love include MAC, NARS, Huda Beauty, Charlotte Tilbury, Fenty Beauty and Estée Lauder, with Clinique and La Roche-Posay for skin prep. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, please let us know in advance.

Absolutely! Besides bridal makeup, we offer makeup for engagements, receptions and sangeet celebrations, bridesmaids and family, parties and special events, and photo shoots. Add-ons such as lashes, hair styling and touch-up stays are available too. Visit our services page or book an appointment to get started.

We understand that plans can change. Your retainer is non-refundable, but you can reschedule once free of charge with at least 30 days' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are charged 50% of the booked services. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.
